Safety Disclaimer

Before attending any of our walks you need to be reasonably fit and be prepared to be responsible for your own safety. 
Please let us know if there is any activity you are unable to do to help you best enjoy the tour.
We walk on footpaths and will always abide by the green man, where possible.
If you have any medical conditions, or injuries that may affect you during the tour, please let the Guide know before the start of the walk, and  if you become ill during the tour, please alert your guide as soon as possible.
LONDON WITH A LOCAL Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or injury. You agree that you are participating in the Free Tour, Private Tour or Treasure Hunt at your own risk and that we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any matter arising out of your participation.

Accessibility

London is not an overly accessible city unfortunately, but we will always endeavour to cater to your needs. If you have any accessibility questions or requirements please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellations 

If a guest cancels a private tour with less than 14 days notice, London with a Local will offer a 50% cancellation fee.

If a guest cancels a private tour with less than 48 hours notice, it is non-refundable, as the guide will still have to paid in full to align with freelance employment law. Likewise, if a guest wants to reschedule the tour with less than 48 hours notice, the full cost would need to be charged again.

 

If London with a Local have to cancel for any reason, the guest will receive a full refund.

LONDON WITH A LOCAL Ltd reserves the right to take photographs during our Free Tours, Private Tours and treasure hunts to use for promotion and publicity in all media and the copyright of such pictures will remain with LONDON WITH A LOCAL LTD in perpetuity.
